Kaboot.co.uk is becoming a focal point in the local community. For trade, all our simple text adverts are totally free of charge. However, we offer an additional service at an extremely competitive rate. You can place a wide banner-style graphical advert in any section of this site that you want. This banner will always appear at the top of the page, and can be full colour, animated, and best of all you can even have it 'clickable', to link back to your business's web site (if you have one). The rates for having a banner advert in a section remain the same no matter how many times is appears.  Our standard rate to keep a banner advert in any given section is just £5 per month, plus VAT!  BUT - As an introductory offer - You can book 12 MONTHS of banner advertising for JUST £30+VAT!!! What else could get you better exposure in your local community for such a low price? How does it work? Any separate section (or page) of this website can have it's own banner. In the usual instance when you're the only business with a banner in that section, your banner will remain at the top for every visitor that passes through it. In the case where more than one business wants to advertise in that particular section, our computer will pick one at random on every visit to the page. This is the standard system as adopted by most banner advertising on the Internet. What do I need to do to have a banner advert? Having a banner advert is easy. Just call us on 01844 344256 with your chosen category section (EG classifieds>clothing>fancy dress, or Gig-Guide) and we'll do everything for you. You may want to design your own banner, or you can have us design your advert for you. If you want to do your own, please read the following section. Guideline for designing your own banner If you'd prefer to design your own banner and send it to us (rather than use our banner design services) then they must meet the following specification: 1) Must by a GIF format file 2) Must be no greater than 15kb in file size 3) You must supply a website address that it's to link to (if any) 4) You must supply us with some 'ALT' text. This is a small paragraph of text which appears under the mouse cursor when you hover over the banner. 5) Must be 468 pixels across and 68 high.
